I've been there when the brisket was just as you described, but I've also been there when everything was just a star rating below some of the best places in the state. It's not 5 star stuff, but at it's best I'd put it up there in the 3 to 4 star category. And you're right, in this part of DFW it's the best thing going.Greg Snoreply@blogger.com
