Bone dry with an off taste (even though I kept in wrapped in the plastic wrapper it came in until time to eat). When we tried to carve it, it broke in two pieces! A 10 pound bird, and little meat. No way to carve in into slices. $54 including tax. A RIP OFF. I'm NEVER going there again. They should be ashamed of themselves. They don't even know they have to inject a fried turkey.
