2008: Both the brisket and ribs had an odd chemical flavor, probably from the gas smoker out back. Needless to say, neither were very good.

Try this again!!! New name, new owners, new recipes! Well worth it! Sausage, beans, bologna, everything is much better!!!
ReplyDeleteThis plane deserves anther chance. It's now called Poor Daddy's Smokehouse. Family owned, new owners, different recipes, and great food. The sausage is amazing, bologna is good, veggies are great... Try the beans!
