DISCLAIMER:
Each joint is judged on the essence of Texas 'cue...sliced brisket and pork ribs. Sausage is only considered if house made. Sauce is good, but good meat needs no adornment to satisfy. Each review can only be based on specific cuts of meat on that particular day. Finally, if the place fries up catfish or serves a caesar salad, then chances are they aren't paying enough attention to the pits, so we mostly steered clear.

so where do you buy the presale passes? It doesn't say where?
Fixed! Click the link.
Thanks, BBQ Snob. I was just about to post that. Appreciate your telling your followers about our festival. -- Pat Sharpe, Texas Monthly Food Editor
guess they are going on sale on the center's website tomorrow (Friday) at 10 am. They pulled the sale for Thursday as Texas monthly wanted it on their website too.
When and where can I buy general admission tickets? Do you know how much the tickets are going to cost?
Wow, glad I got my tickets during the pre-sale. Looks as if they may be sold out already, or they are just holding back and will release more tickets at a later date.
These tickets are completely sold out.
